Return Policy

  • General Policy: Due to Hygiene and Health safety concerns, all sales are considered final as we have a strict "NO RETURN" policy on all orders. However, we accept exchanges under specific conditions. Please see our exchange policy bellow.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchanges at NayToe Nailz are permitted only for defective or damaged packaging when the products have been received upon arrival. Due to Hygiene and Health safety concerns, we do not offer exchanges on items that are not defective or damaged.
  • To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges are accepted ONLY for products that remain unopened and in its original transparent Self-seal with permanent adhesive packaging, product MUST be unopened, and unused. 
  • Eligibility Window: Report the condition within 48 hours of receiving the product to orders@naytoenailz.com. Then proceed to initiate the exchange within 5 days of the date of receiving your order.

Exchange Process:

  • Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service at orders@naytoenailz.com with details of the issue, including photographic evidence of the defect or damage, and your order number.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: Once your exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label via email. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost once the original item is received and inspected.

 

Refunds Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with product choice once transparent self-seal package has been open.

Special Considerations

Damaged or Faulty Products:

  • Customers receiving damaged or faulty products should report the condition within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for an exchange.
  • Proof of Damage: Acceptable proofs include photographs or videos clearly showing the defect or damage upon time of delivery.

Hygiene and Health Safety:

  • Due to strict hygiene and health safety regulations, products that have been opened, used, or have their transparent seals broken cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We aim to resolve any disputes amicably through our customer service. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration or small claims court, subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where NayToe Nailz is headquartered.

  • NayToe Nailz reserves the right to modify this Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.

  • Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
